Skerries has been selected to become one of the next Autism Friendly Towns under the AsIAm<\/strong> initiative.<\/p>\n

We are a group of people, some of whom have children on the Autism Spectrum and others are advocates for change and inclusivity. We came together with the common goal of building AWARENESS in Skerries, to EDUCATE the whole community, so that autistic children and adults can be EMPOWERED to play an INCLUSIVE part in their own town.<\/p>\n

We were inspired by the great town of Clonakilty who were accredited as being Ireland\u2019s first Autism Friendly Town. We will be updating you on our journey to achieving this status and will keep you informed on all upcoming events in the calendar year.<\/p>\n<\/div>
